Sparky used to be
owned by an elderly man who kept tripping over him, so he decided he
didn't want him anymore.
Sparky had vision problems, but his eyes couldn't be corrected. He lived in the PeeWee room with the other small dogs.
He was a little shy, and was mellower and quieter than most of the other
small dogs.
Sparky was very old and died suddenly one day. Florence was in the
PeeWee room and saw that his eyes were open but not moving. He was still
warm and must have just passed.
