Vinny came to Journey's End along with
Raffy. They were rescued from an auction by
a student who rode them while she was in high school, but she lost interest in
the horses after she went to college, so Vinny and Raffy came to Journey's End. Vinny
was quite a bit older than Raffy, and could no longer be ridden.
Vinny had been sick, but then he had a good day, enjoying an apple and
hanging out in the pasture. But then he died suddenly overnight,
apparently without any suffering.
